The Joy Womack Ballet Foundation exists to help talented young dancers access the training, mentorship, connections, and opportunities they need to move forward.
At the heart of this mission is the Young Artist Opportunity Network — a growing international network of schools, companies, academies, competitions, festivals, and artistic leaders working together to identify promising dancers and connect them with meaningful opportunities around the world.

Connecting Talent to Opportunity
The Young Artist Opportunity Network (YAON) is an international initiative of the Joy Womack Ballet Foundation created to build bridges between exceptional young dancers and the institutions that can help shape their futures.
Through our international community of artistic partners, we identify promising dancers and connect them with opportunities including scholarships, professional training, summer intensives, mentorship, auditions, trainee positions, masterclasses, and performance experiences.
Every partner contributes differently. A school may offer a scholarship. A company may provide an audition or trainee opportunity. A teacher may offer mentorship. A festival or competition may help us discover an extraordinary young artist.
Together, these individual opportunities become something much larger: a global network committed to helping the next generation of dancers move forward.
